Yau Fic Chapter 7

The next day Clarissa chopped up some Green Carp and made some Sashimi, she ate a few and placed the rest neatly in a bento box. Peppe tried to make off with the box a few times but she quieted him down with his own snipbit of fish and put the bento in her pack. "Peppe stay home and guard the house today." He meows at her and rubs against her leg then jumps on the bed and curls up into a little ball contently. She heads out to her farm, stopping to water and tend her crops before heading over to the Clinic. "Oh good morning dear!" Ching chimes as she sees Clarissa walk through the door. "Good morning Ching, good morning Wah." The elder doctor nods in response. Lee Yau's seat is empty. "Where is Lee Yau?" She asks. "He's back in his room, probably reading. He reads most mornings unless I send him to take food to his brother. Head down the hall, his is the door in the very back." Ching replies. Clarissa walks down the hall to the door, she knocks and attempts to open it but it is locked. She knocks again and Lee Yau opens the door, "What do you wa- oh it's you. Huh you actually showed up." He motions her in and closes the door behind her. "I told you I would, I dont know why you are surprised." Shes says as she walks in and takes a look around the neatly put together room, (man he was right, his room IS nicer than mine. Ugh I gotta buy some decorations, this is just embarrassing.) He watches her from behind and snorts, guessing what she's probably thinking and chuckling to himself in his mind. "So why did you come in here?" He asks. She pulls out the black bento box she brought last time, "I brought you this, here it's an apology for my behavior at your brother's." He takes it and heads over to his desk, opening it and immediately taking a bite. "....." He takes another bite. ".......It's not bad!" She huffs at this, "Of course it's not! I just made it this morning with fresh Carp from my fish trap!" When the box is empty he places the lid back on and hands it to her with a smile. She swoons a little bit and takes it from his hands. (Crap! He is still having an effect on me!!!!). "Ill leave it unlocked from now on." Lee Yau tells her. "Leave what unlocked?" He smiles at her question, "my door. From now on you can bring food anytime you want." Her face turns red, "Who needs or wants a perk like that?! You're stupid!" She says as she stomps her feet lightly in protest. He stands up and walks to her, looking her in the eyes. "Ah... Im starting to get what this face means...." Her eyes open wide and she smacks him lightly with the box on top of his head. "Don't mutter such nonsense." He chuckled and sat back down at his desk. "Im reading now, if you're going to interrupt me do so quietly." (Ugh this guy... he has to be an alien or something.) She thought but she smiled anyways and lingered a bit before going home. That night a tremor went through the town, something sinister unlocked.

Told from the perspective of the MC in their youth (not time traveling).  A glimmer shines into the eyes of a sleeping girl by the stream. She knows she is supposed to be fixing the farm but figures any day is a good day to relax. "Sleeping again? Won't you ever learn to take better care of your Grandpa's farm?" Once outside Clarissa staggers down the pathway and halts in front of the bridge, someone with purple hair is walking towards her. She points at him, "Yoou! Yuu! Ive had nuff of yu! I suuuuuuck as a wingperson! Just go get the cheeps yurself!" Lee Yau walks into view carefully carrying eggs. Elly walks over to him and whispers in his ear. Clarissa gasps, "I dun mean that ferst!!!! You you you! You worstest! Duke ish better than yu!" She smacks the eggs out of his hands in anger and he sighs. "Elly you can go home, I will take her to the Clinic." Elly nods and heads back home. "WAIT! WAIIIIIIT!!!! UM.... ummm..... I forgot."
