Yau Fic Chapter 9

When she got to the Mines she had an eerie feeling that something was watching her but nothing was there when she looked around, so she hopped down the hole anyway. Every direction she looked it was rock, rocks, rocks, and more rocks. (Whelp might as well start digging!) She thought as she took a pickaxe to the direction she assumed was north. She sang a little song to pass the time as she worked, "your love is, like radiant diamonds~ bursting inside us, we cannot contain~ your love will surely come fiiiiiiiind us, like blazing wild fires singing your name~". Slowly she started coming across ore, (oooo that might be helpful! Ill take that!) Pretty soon she amassed quite the collection of Copper Ore, Stones, and Silver Ore. (Weeeeyuu man it's getting late, it's almost time for the Hot Pot and man Im getting hungry I better find the exit). She walked around for a bit, walking back to the place she came in but still finding no exit. (Uh oh I forgot to tie a rope. What do I do now?!) She started yelling out for help but she heard nothing but her own echo. Frustrated she hits a nearby stone and some sort of passage opens up. (Huh maybe this is the way out?) She walks through and freezes in her tracks but it is too late, the ghost already notices her. Taking her sword out she strikes the ghost but it looks like it barely does anything. She runs around trying  to draw it out, swing, and run again but she starts getting tired quickly. She's taken multiple hits and can feel herself getting weaker. In a hurry she grabs a potion out of her pack and drinks it, suddenly she feels refreshed. (Only 2 more and the defense potion.. maybe I should take that now....) That moment she is hit and her potions fall to the floor, all but one breaks. (Ah! The defense potion! God if you're real please help me get that potion!!!!) The ghost charges forward again but this time Clarissa dodges, she manages to get on the other side of the monster but it is hovering right over the potion. She runs and draws it torwards her then loops around real wide, managing to snag and drink the defense potion in one swoop. (Thank you God!!!!!) But her celebration was too soon, she realized suddenly that she backed herself into a corner. (Oh no!) The ghost charged again and came straight at her, direct hit. She fell to the ground, and shuffled trying to stand up. The ghost charges again and she isnt quick enough, she knows she is going to get hit. She closes her eyes and holds up her sword at the last second. Moments pass by and she wasn't getting hit, she looked around but the ghost was gone and green goop was in a small puddle on the floor. She grabbed an empty milk bottle and scooped some inside then stood up and looked around the room. A Chest was over near the entrance where she walked in. She took a pickaxe to it to break the lock and found various different ingots and a golden scroll inside, she put the ingots in her pack and studies the outside of the scroll. (Hmm I wonder what this is?) She opened it up and suddenly she was standing outside. (Woah!!!!!!) She looked down to her hands but the scroll was gone. (Huh. Well at least I am out now! I better get back to the Clinic and get bandaged up).
