Harvest Town Yau Fic

Once outside Clarissa staggers down the pathway and halts in front of the bridge, someone with purple hair is walking towards her. She points at him, "Yoou! Yuu! Ive had nuff of yu! I suuuuuuck as a wingperson! Just go get the cheeps yurself!" Lee Yau walks into view carefully carrying eggs. Elly walks over to him and whispers in his ear. Clarissa gets woken up by a hardy laugh as Uncle Steve and Uncle David walk in the door. (Oh! I must have konked out a bit. That food was just so good~) She gets up and walks over to Steve, "Hey! How's it going?" The two Uncles smile warmly back at her and David heartily calls out, "Heyyyy! It's nice to see you in here for once joining us old men! You haven't stopped by to see me in ages!" Clarissa gives them both a quick side hug, "Im sorry Uncle David, Ive been working the farm now and before that... well I was just eager to get outta here." David laughs, "No problem! I get it. Andy! Bring over three mugs of Draft! On me as a congrats for staying, we're happy to have ya." He says to Clarissa with a wink. She nods with a smile and thanks him as Andy brings over three large full mugs of beer. "Cheers!" They all call out before chugging them down. On the way to the bar Clarissa notices Peach over by the tables and walks over. "Peach what are you doing here?" Clarissa asks. "Hi Issa! The boys were playing a card game earlier and I was watching. I got bored and spaced out a bit." Peach responds with a smile. "I forgot your book at home, you left it at my house last time when we had the Seafood Fried Rice. It might have a few dings now though...." Clarissa says sheepishly. Shaking her head Peach replies, "It's ok Issa I have another one at home you can keep that one. Maybe it will bring you some good luck!" She says with a wink. (If you count strangely on point paragraphs that make me feel like it is gazing into my soul while im stark naked good luck then sure it's given me bundles. And some snarky remarks from Yau to boot.) "Ya maybe." Clarissa says with a grimace. "I better go, Grandpa always teaches me fishing when I get home on Sundays!" The little girl chirps.

Sun shining high in the sky, Clarissa manages to make it to the Violin House without encountering anyone. Jessie sits in front of the house on a blue checkered blanket covered with food and stuffed animals. (What in the....?) "H-hello Jessie..." Clarissa stutters. "Clarissa hello! The walk back to the Manor was awkward to both Lee Yau and Clarissa. They both tried to talk but would remember their kissing and immediately blush.
